Blog ^ 2

So I'm reading all of these blogs and comments, people opinions on random things and things about their lives. Wouldn't it be cool if Blogs weren't only text, like if there were video blogs, audio or stuff like that. I find an audio comment would be more appropriate sometimes as apposed to a smiley face or thumbs down emoticon. It would be cool if you could record your blog and then play it back with highlighted sub-titles, sometimes the way someone says something is way more important than what is said. Maybe after a string of 4 or 5 audio comments appear you can listen to them in succession like some put together conversation, or like some meeting that changes the camera focus on who is talking with video.

Does something like this exist already??

Seriously though I don't think video blogs are going to be mainstream until bandwidth and storage are going to be cheaper. We also need a pretty good portable video player that can be embedded in ANY browser, and which can be installed painlessly.

Let me take a wild guess who this is...t-varun??

I think video blogs would be wicked, it isn't main stream now but so many industries are focus on getting video everywhere it just seems like a natural progression...

hahhaha I just noticed I got the classic just google it, ofcourse I google'd it. I only found people that added a lot of videos to their blogs, some people called it video blogs, but I didn't see an underlying infrastructure that treated video/audio blogs the same as text in their respective representation.

Is it not cool to ask questions anymore???

So you think asking certain questions is obsolete? I know the continuing success of google is eliminating the need to ask many categories of question. Its success could even be measured this way.

But... Do you think the only value to asking a question is the answer?
